The first LiFT project was a Grundtvig Learning Partnership, bringing together researchers & practitioners from the fields of leadership, societal transformation and integral studies.
The project experimented with the stakeholder involvement format "The Collaboratory" for 2 years in different settings in the participating countries (Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria).
The cooperation continued in the form of the LiFT 2 project (2015-2018).
