Dear all,
in the home stretch of our current Erasmus+ funded Cohere+ project, we are thrilled to dedicate our next Online Colloquium to sharing with you some of our preliminary results!
Date: Wednesday, June 18, 2025
Time: 20-22h CET
Presenter: Dr. Bettina Geiken
Please register here for this Colloquium
The goal of the project is to enhance the learning capacity of our field, to create a 'community of coherence', that can have significant impact as a whole while each contributing their part. We mean leveling up from a community of practice who share resources and support eachother in their field, to a next level of system changing collective impact.
What we have already done:
We mapped the field of paradigmatic change makers, developed a handbook for "communities of coherence" and a whole new taxonomy of capacities around the topic of coherence, with a focus on "collective skills" and created a brand-new learning platform dedicated to the topic of coherence.
In this Colloquium, we will present some these wonderful new tools approaches, offer a number of exercises and practices to enhance collective skills, and invite you into a co-creative space for exploring how we can move the field of second-tier or paradigmatic change agents towards more aligned and coherent action and collective agency.
Presenter:
Dr. Bettina Geiken is a full member and member of the board at IFIS.
She currently co-coordinates the Cohere+ project together with The Hague Center for Global Governance (THC).
