Body-Mindedness 2026

3 Part Practice Online Seminar - Embodied practices for how to stay grounded and make choices - Sept-Oct 2026 (15/9 - 22/9 - 6/10)

Embodied practices to stay grounded, reclaim your attention and agency, and make wiser choices — in a world designed to deplete your attention and decrease your potential.

Why this matters now

We live in times of fragmentation, distraction, and accelerating complexity. Most of us carry more information than we can act on — yet in the moments that matter most, we struggle to access our own clarity, creativity, and agency. We know what we should do. We just can't always do it.

Body-Mindedness is a practice-based approach to personal coherence. It starts from a deceptively simple insight: your body is not just a vehicle for your mind — it is a sophisticated and interdependent guidance system. When we learn to work with it consciously, it becomes one of our most reliable tools for navigating complexity, making grounded decisions, and sustaining our energy and attention over time.

Developed by Michael Keller and Dr. Bettina Geiken as part of the IFIS Academy, and first tested within the EU-funded Cohere+ project, Body-Mindedness has already demonstrated its value as a foundational practice for individuals navigating professional and personal change. Body-Mindedness helps you upgrade an outdated operating system — from the inside out.

Q&A Session - 16 June 2026 at 19.30 - 21.00 CEST - Register here

Body-Mindedness is
  • A practice-based, experiential online seminar
  • Accessible to complete beginners
  • Grounded in integral theory & adult development science
  • Live, online, small-group format (max. 12 participants)
  • Designed for lasting and integrated behavioural change
  • A foundational step in the IFIS Academy pathway
Body-Mindedness is not
  • Not a mindfulness or meditation course
  • Not a yoga, fitness, or physical exercise
  • Not a psychotherapy or trauma work
  • Not a lecture series about embodiment
  • Not a certificate programme
  • Not a something you watch and absorb passively

How does it work?

Three live sessions of 90 minutes each. Small group. High interaction. The sessions build on each other — each one opening a new layer of awareness and practical capacity.

1 - RECOGNIZING YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM

Body as information, not problem. How do we actually function — and what have we been filtering out?

2 - SENSATION, ATTENTION & CHOICE

Practical tools for daily life. Using embodied awareness to make better, more grounded decisions under pressure.

3 - BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE

Integration, peer learning, and next steps. How does this continue in your life after the seminar ends?
