Our EU-funded Cohere+ project that IFIS is part of, is currently developing online and on-site learning journeys for change-makers who wish to improve their skills of creating more and deeper qualities of coherence in groups and social fields.
We mapped the field of paradigmatic change makers, developed a handbook for "communities of coherence" and a whole new taxonomy of capacities around the topic of coherence, with a focus on "collective skills" and created a brand-new learning platform dedicated to the topic of coherence.
In this Colloquium, we will present some these wonderful new tools approaches. We will offer a number of exercises and practices to enhance collective skills, and provide a co-creative space for exploring the topic of how to bridge the world of the many fields of second-tier or paradigmatic change agents. For we observe that many of us are already contributing to a bigger whole, even though sometimes remaining in their own "bubble". Cohere aims to move the field towards more aligned and coherent action and collective agency.
Also, participants are warmly invited to test our learning platform, which is currently in its test phase (moving from alpha to beta testing over the summer).
