The Women Lead Community - a global association of and for women, which IFIS helped kick-start as part of the ACE Leadership Excellerator Project in collaboration with Leadership Associates - is celebrating its first women retreat this summer! So if you have any ideas or half-developed projects or concepts in your mind or drawer...these days with other inspiring women who are in the same process will serve as an opportunity to finally get clarity and move forward with intent, and a first prototype. The retreat is based on Theory U, which will also be shortly explained during the kick-off call prior to the retreat for the benefit of those who are not familiar with the approach.
